Saw a dude at the gym today who I suspect is currently seeing my ex.
I hate this guy so bad. I've never cared about who an ex saw after me before.
He's a total ass clown. Horrendous athlete. And he spends just as much time into as I do. He's dumb weak and obnoxious.
He was deadlifting and I just couldn't take looking at him anymore so when he went and got a drink I cleaned his weight and racked it and took his spot
The look on his face when I power cleaned his weight was hilarious
Before he said anything I was just like "oh u were here?" and walked away
I think the only reason I can't stand him is he's too stupid to realize what a dodint she is

Never ever ever hit a woman... But a buddy of mine had a story tonight that I hope I could have reacted (or not reacted as the case may be) the way he did.
His g/f and he were having an argument and she took his iPhone 6+ and threw it in the toilet destroying it.
She then started going after other electronics with the intent of destroying them as well,
Somehow he was able to keep himself from getting physical with her. I just spent the last two hours calming him down. Poor dude is out the cost of an iPhone 6 + now.
The good thing is that he's out one crazy assed g/f as well.

A swirlie in retaliation seems fitting, no?ExPatriatePen wrote:Never ever ever hit a woman... But a buddy of mine had a story tonight that I hope I could have reacted (or not reacted as the case may be) the way he did.

Hitting a woman for anything is bad. Hitting a woman for breaking your toys is psychotic.

Hitting anyone is bad I'd say.

Ahhhhhuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmm, no.
My buddy is a high powered salesman in the financial industry. Calling his phone a "Toy" is a ridiculous. His phone has no resemblance to your. XBox or PS/2. He stored hundreds of contacts and a ton of valuable data on that phone. I'd call him a "Power User". I know people who don't use their PC's as heavily as he uses that phone.shmenguin wrote:Hitting a woman for anything is bad. Hitting a woman for breaking your toys is psychotic.
Hopefully, when he gets his new phone, he'll be able to restore much of it from cloud backup, but he was having trouble with that feature and had been asking me for weeks to help him work through the "kinks". I hope he's able to restore his data or I'm going to feel extremely guilty.

For such an advanced user, it would be ironic that he has none of that backed up.

Speaking in absolutes is dumb. If someone threw my phone in the toilet, they deserve to be punched. Not in the face nor more than one.
Unless of course it's a little kid that doesn't know any better

A kid who doesn't understand the consequences doesn't deserve it. It'd be like hitting my cat for scratching me. Shes just doing what a cat does, she has no choice over her actionsdodint wrote:Fine, punch the kid for the sake of consistency.

Okay epp. Let me rephrase for Shmenguin. Hitting someone for breaking an object of yours is psychotic.

Why is it psychotic? An iPhone 6+ isn't chump change. I would be pretty angryPFiDC wrote:Okay epp. Let me rephrase for Shmenguin. Hitting someone for breaking an object of yours is psychotic.

There certainly seems to be disagreements over the proper course of action.
My bad.
