I often play the 'what if' game after a number of my rounds just to go back and remember the dumb crap that shouldn't have happened that kept me from breaking 80 or being a shot or two lower. Today, I popped out a 93 where I had 4 3-putts and missed at least 2 others inside 5 feet. This after spending 3 of the last 5 days at the putting green for an hour working on the stroke from that exact distance. So now you're saying, 'well ok OP, so what, that equates to and 87 if you had cleaned all that up and the putting practice had translated to the course'. Nope, it gets better. I decided to birth an 11 on the hardest hole on the course because I tried to be a hero too many times. Make a simple bogey and now that becomes a handicap-dropping 81 and I'm skipping off the course, especially after a couple of the escapes that I had on a few holes.
Golf...it just doesn't ever make sense most times.

I ended up with an ugly 106 my first time out. 56 on the front nine, I actually played much better on the back but shot a 9 on the last hole, definitely let frustration kick in there.
Some good takeaways though.... My short game was noticeably improved, for starters. Better course management needed next time, I took several avoidable penalties that really put me behind the 8 ball on the front.

great trackGot invited by an old boss to play fox chapel today. First day with k sigs, new hybrid, and new three wood. Shot 83 with two doubles. My driver has been my most inconsistent aspect to my scoring the last two seasons so I made a commitment to myself to hit as many fairways as possible regardless of length (which I find to be the biggest challenge at fox chapel). Took a lot of my driver, averaged about 265 off the tee with the driver. Hit 12 fairways. Was happy w my performance for first time with the new equipment.

ive also switched to the maxfli tour yellow balls which i find to be a high performing ball at a lower price than the top tier.

the initial iteration of the ksig ball was the best. the current isnt great and i dont find a benefit for the price. the top flite gamer elite is a similar price point and performs better IMO. sams club sold 2 dozen vice pro for 50 bucks so i bought a few packs of those.

I’m trying to figure out what video makes me more sick to my stomach….the tornado that someone posted earlier today or this chode throwing clubs around. Both were tragic

Is there anything worse than having a tee time planned out for a week, and seeing that the forecast for that day is now 81% chance of rain and thunderstorms?

Just saw the videos floating around the web. Not all heroes wear capes. Some heroes just kind of jump halfway on cars moving less than 10 mph and proceed to arrest the culprit

I do apologize, while it's not really top left, it looked much different on phone vs computer

I’m over here dealing with the emotional trauma of watching a police officer being assaulted with a vehicle and you guys are arguing top versus top Center of the video? Have some sensitivity

Do you think they actually believe what happened is consistent with that arrest report?
