As soon as the guy said on national TV that this offense wasn’t able to make comebacks he should have been fired.

Gerry Duluc said the shitcanning came from Art, not Tomlin. Interesting.

I don't look into it anymore than what's been rumored, Art didn't want to fire anyone because he pays the bills. Which effectively means Tomlin may have had zero power here.

I know a guy that works in sales / marketing for the team. He said the pressure to dump Canada would come from art. Something about how all the family members with a stake in the team will dump on art when the performance is unacceptable.

Byron leftwich is right there. just pick up the phone
I very much would prefer to avoid anyone who had Tom Brady as the QB. Otherwise I think he'd still have a job right now.

Also, welcome to your final audition Kenny. Pressure falls squarely on him to perform - but I'd rather do this now than next year.

Should’ve done it at the bye but I’m not going to complain about it too much.

This just makes me like Tomlin less, since he didn't have the spine to do what needed to be done.

If KSP wasn't singlehandedly responsible for Pitts only success in a decade would this even be a debate?
side note but it's becoming more apparent that we need to thank Jordan Addison more for that too
I thought of Addison when I used 'singlehandedly' but then he had that weird year at USC so I left him off.
I've mostly been thinking that lately because Caleb Williams has been looking slightly pedestrian without him lately

I don't think Tomlin had a choice in it. It was rumored, he can't fire guys in positions like that because Art has say on the money.

Art finally could have gotten off his cheap ass and listened to Tomlin, for all we know.

No more incumbent hires, please. For the love of god - go out and get an actual offensive coordinator who knows NFL offenses next year.

Pressure is a weird thing. Yes, there is likely more 'outside' pressure on Pickett for the rest of this year, but if that room had become as dysfunctional as we all think it did, this may also be a breath of fresh air for Kenny as well. I've heard several people mention Canada was a 'my way or the highway' type of dude, not really listening to input from, well, anyone. This may be a way to sort of 're-engage' the entire offensive group. First question to each room (WRs, TEs, RBs, QB, and OL) should be 'What do you like to do?' followed immediately with 'Cool, but what are you good at?'

Ken Dorsey is available and helped build Josh Allen. KP doesnt have the tools, but Dorsey getting fired seemed on the outside more scapegoat than anything.

They aren't gonna make a hire during the year so doesn't really matter who's available right now tbh

I would wager that if Sullivan and this group have even the tiniest ounce of success, they go with this next year, completely ignoring the problem, until it becomes a problem again.

I thought Dorsey was QB coach for the Bills, but it was the Panthers. He didnt have as much development time with JAllen as I thought.

This is also wrong. I give up.

I think they go outside but it will probably be underwhelming. Honestly they should consider John Gruden

The offense was really good when Daboll was the OC
