I hated the Tonali sale but Milan is having a good summer so far. The team is going to be a lot deeper and I think much improved overall

This is where I'm at with things. If they had done nothing, I'd have been furious. They're spending money on quality players, and apparently aren't finished. We'll see how it all turns out.

That game was like watching the Penguins on the power play -- not much finishing power. The pass from Morgan to Smith for the first goal was great and the Horan rocket on the last goal was real good but goodness, they missed so many other great looks.

The USWNT always seems to hold onto stars for way too long. Just like Abby Wambach. And Carli Lloyd. And now Rapinoe.

I haven't kept up with international women's soccer, but the American ladies better get more crisp before it gets too late.

That pretty much summarizes the women's team over the past year or two. Not crisp. Trouble finishing chances they produce. "Expected" wins against overmatched competition come with a late goal even though they produced enough to be up by a half dozen. They just seem off.

FFP only exists for Italian teams it seems. This is why I’m in favor of a modified Super League. Removing the power from Fifa and UEFA is good for soccer. The idea that fifa is just blatantly allowing a repressive government to skirt all regulatory rules just shows you how big of a joke it is
