I eat a Fiber One Oats and Chocolate fiber bar each morning. More fiber and fewer calories than a bowl of Raisin Bran.

Colonoscopy was clean. See you in 10 years.

Crunch, more specifically:

They also make one with cranberry's that's really good.

I rotate between Raisin Bran Crunch and Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds.

I haven't had it in a while, but this wasn't bad at all.

I alternate between Special K Protein cereal and Kashi Go Cinnamon Crisp cereal. Those two of the highest protein cereals on the market.

I was supposed to have my annual physical today. I got a call around 9:00 saying it was cancelled due to an "emergency". ok, I get it, **** happens. this is the second time since October that this physical (which I get healthcare credits for) has been rescheduled. I call them up to reschedule and they tell me that the earliest appointment is April 23, 2023. are you **** kidding me???

My wife and I took today off to go to the mall for some Christmas shopping. Went to Costco real quick, and noticed some bad wheel shaking. So I drive her CR-V home, and it seems fine most of the way home. About halfway there, the wobble returns. We get home, and I can smell brake pads - badly. Driver's side front rotor is literally smoking red. So, caliper obviously froze.

My car is currently in the shop for inspection, so we're now stuck at home.

The plow truck driver for Penndot ran about 4 feet into my yard and came within less than 6 inches of hitting the connection for my water line. Carved off a deep layer of topsoil along the way. Stupid mf'er. Meanwhile the intersection was still so bad that I had to use 4wd to pull out and turn uphill.

Maybe 2 inches max. It was just a greasy, icy mess.

I know the damage is already done, but get yourself some reflective fiberglass marker poles.

I'm going to grab some of those this weekend. The usually scrape off the edge of my yard, especially during heavy snows. I'm used to it. But today was the worst it's ever been and, as I mentioned above, we had such a small amount of snow that there's really no excuse.

I had a chunk of yard tore up last year and it was infuriating. Our house is on a corner so they are always turning around near us. I feel your pain.

those are nice, but for $14.99, you can't beat some golf alignment rods for this purpose.

Attending a concert where obnoxious people sitting behind you talk loudly the entire time and dump beer all over the section soaking my coat and splashing my wife with it.

I figured. Same thing happened to us, minus the beer. Something about TSO makes people act like they're the dadholes in a movie theater. Not sure what it is.

The row in front of us was empty at least.

You see that wild security line? Holy hell, they must have like one scanner setup for purses.

We went in the FNB entrance and it took about 30 minutes because of course my wife brought her purse. Would have left it in the car if we had known. They only had one line going up there for the scan and it was one scanner.

Had to go to 3 stores to find heavy cream today. Wound up getting it at Aldi (first time ever stepping foot in one).
