If we don’t make the playoffs, if Todd Reirden isn’t let go by Sunday, I’m gonna be very upset

Reirden's contract is up, no? All they need to do is just ignore him as he slides into oblivion...

I don't think anyone doesn't care about the losses, we know they count the same...but you still want to be focused on your process and your evaluation at that point. If you overreact to every loss, you end up making personnel mistakes...
But I'm a fan and I'm not making personnel moves.

If I did, Graves would have been in the sun long ago.

Said it last year and I'll say it again -- I never want to hear anyone ever say after a loss in November -- 'oh it's only November'. They all count, people, and we're gonna miss the playoffs by 1 point again because we were idiots in that month and others.
Yup. I have used "it's only October hockey" sarcastically when they start slow. Now they're paying for it, again.

I’d point to the slump after the deadline (and the few games before it) before I’d call out a slow start in October.

Winning Bedard’s debut would have been helpful.
Not allowing a SHG in the final 20 seconds to the **** Ducks too.

Shall we list all of them?
If tomorrow doesn't go well, yes

We're not a good team. This is just the power of Crosby alone. We should have been long out of it...instead he gave us a month of interesting hockey that we didn't expect...

I had that thought today. It felt like playoff hockey. Huge plus for me. If they don't get help tomorrow it'll be like they got knocked out of the playoffs

I love Sid's never give up approach to the game. That's his DNA and what makes him one of the greats.

Aside from those few games around the trade deadline (before and after)....

Even Sid didn't care after that Calgary debacle for awhile.
