I was gonna ask. On a scale from 1 to 4 with 1 being “underperforming” and 4 being “overperforming” how would you rate him? (1-4 to not allow for a push)

I’d say a 2. He’s producing in the stat sheet but I don’t think he’s been what I was hoping for
