It's weird that a sequence off of a rush where two players crash the crease and slam it home could be considered an unearned goal...but that's pretty unearned. Poor entry pass, Malkin salvaged it, his rim gets picked, then that swat should have disrupted the rush origination, but didn't...and then Ruhwedel is in a dog's breakfast of a situation near the net where the puck just continues to elude him...
