Was Myers ever decent or just highly overrated because he’s a capable skater for someone who looks like these guys:

His first year in the league...like most giant players who can skate and have decent skill, they come in hot and then never progress...

I was a Tyler Myers stan when he started in Buffalo. Total disappointment.
I told my dad last night at the game that he is basically just a guy that skates 20 minutes a night on a bottom third team.
OEL is working his way into that same category. I watched the pens rim a puck around on the lone PK and OEL was a half stride and a stick reach away from at least potentially keeping it in. He chose not to do either and then coasted to the bench instead

There was a video of him in training camp. They were skating suicides and he was with the goalies. Not great
