Well, In that interview around 1:30 Burke said they had opportunities that required guys on the roster going the other way, and they were saying no to those. I guess that hampers what you can do.

I can't remember whey I hated Carter. Was it just that he was a Flyer or did he do something stupid?
Not a dirty player. Not a sh*t stirrer. Generally stayed above the fray. Not a high character guy but seems like a high character player if that makes sense.
Richards was a buttplug. Carter was good time charlie.

I can’t find it, but it was confirmed that he’ll be wearing 77. Rust has his old number, so I assumed that was a given.
