Boo hoo. The big, bad coach was being a meanie and holding guys accountable. Kessel pouted for 86 games this year. GMJR is lucky to have got anything of value in return

It’s the big bad coach’s job to determine the proper leadership style given the situation he’s in and the resources he has.

Coaches can’t change their style with the same core of guys. Sullivan had Tocchet between he and Phil and that worked. Lose the middle man, lose the trust with that player.
