Yes, pick any "Flyers golfing" image you want, as they have been officially eliminated from postseason contention. Despite a post-ASG "surge" (or burp), they were never *really* in contention going down the stretch, with too many teams ahead of them in the standings. That being said, we all know that doesn't mean anything going into tonight's game at the CEC, where they have utterly owned the Penguins in an embarrassing way.

Not too much needs to be said, we all hate the Flyers, and you know they are going to bring even more goonery than usual tonight because of their lame duck status heading into April. The best thing the Pens can do is quietly go about their business, respond when needed, and get the W.

Slightly worried about the Flyers' mentality tonight. They know we're running 5 D. They know they have nothing to lose. A suspension doesn't hurt any of them, let alone one more for Rinaldo. So they could severely destroy us if they manage to injure any of our remaining D men.

Anyone else possibly see us having to play so many games with only 5 D after struggling for so long as a blessing in disguise? That no doubt forces all the remaining dmen to have up their work ethic every single shift. Maybe that bonds them and shows them what they're capable of playing at which can continue once we finally get a 6th dmen in there.

Lol my girlfriend has never been to a game before. She bought great seats and loves Geno. She's pretty upset by it lol also looks like Greiss is taking most of the warmups..

Yeah that's true, I he just looks a lot more physically imposing when on the ice and he can't stay healthy worth crap. I still can't figure you what happened in the Boston game to cause him to get hurt that bad.
