Finally. Looking forward to seeing him get 4 minutes of ice time and Sullivan keeping him on the bench for the third period, if he gets to play lol.

feels like half this roster wont be in PGH next year anyways...

:(
The one thing about JSI is that he knows he's not good...so he did nothing with confidence, he didn't join the rush in an obvious situation to do so, he didn't want to make a bunch of long passes because that's troublesome...

Graves thinks he's good and belongs in the NHL...so he does...stuff...and that stuff, it really sucks...

He has a really hard shot...but can he one time a puck? Those are different skills for me...shooting vs shooting a moving puck. If he can one time things, let's see if we can hit him on the weak side for some bombs against swarm-ier defenses...and see what happens...

"But mikey, what if it gets blocked and goes the other way?"

Well, is that any different of a situation than Graves attempting to absorb a rush against? All he does is play with a pointlessly loose gap and then lay down when the going gets tough...at least this way he'll either get a shot on net OR he won't be in the frame at all when the other team comes down 3 on 1 and scores...it's win win...
