Absolutely. Both teams played a sloppy game, and in games like that you just hope to sneak out of there with the deuce, which they did. The big takeaway for me was that they finally won a game 3 on 3. We all said that EK can look atrocious at times and spectacular at times. Last night we all witnessed that.

It would take a pretty epic collapse at this point for the Isles not to get in, so it's possible we go into that last game needing a win, with the Isles having already claimed a spot. It's also possible if the Pens win the next two and get help, the Isles game could be meaningless for both teams. Getting that one point against the Leafs was massive.

I just noticed - and was surprised to see - that Sid is 15th in scoring. I wonder what kind of numbers Prime Sid would put up in this slightly higher scoring era.
