They’ll stop the testing protocol before the end of the year. It’s all fun and games to do performance theater in October but when someone misses a game that costs them a playoff series maybe they’ll wonder what the hell the point of this is.

I get it. Close counters due to the nature of the profession makes this a special case. But if the policy holds, you’ll be doing this for years and years. Why would a fan want to watch a league that will just pluck healthy superstars out of the lineup for extended periods at any given moment.

You do this forever or you cut the crap in a month once players kids are vaxed.
