letang does his thing in game 1. wilson does his thing in game 3. how many games for each?

the answer would not be 1 for letang and 0 for wilson.

...1 game. it's not exactly unfair. it's just sort of annoying that the moaning coming from the caps and the context of other events may have influenced this.

My favorite thing about Orpik and now Letang getting suspended is hearing Kornheiser and Wilbon fail to talk about this series intelligently. Kornheiser had to say Maatta's name on PTI yesterday and completely botched it

He was suspended once before (for boarding, I think dodint said). So I'm not sure how he wouldn't be considered a repeat offender by the CBA.
They only consider a suspension within 18 months to be repeat offender.

The 18 months in the cba relates to salary forfeited, if a player has done something to warrant a suspension in the past, that is not ignored.

In a vacuum, I can live with one game if it's the new standard. Think I said the same thing about Cooke's 10 + a round. Unfortunately, I don't have faith on new standards, as the League didn't use Cooke as a standard.

It's background noise that I put on while I settle in for the evening. It's my version of how most people use Sportscenter. I FFWD through basketball and most baseball highlights so it goes by *really* quick this time of year.

You two are the only people I know, IRL or on the internet, who watch PTI. Why do you guys do this?

I've watched PTI for like 8 or so years now. I find Kornheiser and Wilbon to be entertaining (same reason I listen to the TK radio show)

They're funny and give good context to current news stories, but their analysis of anything beyond "the story lines" is pretty terrible.

Not too long ago Wilbon slated Ovechkin as winning the Hart
