I need to see the hit again to make a judgment on it but if it was consistently called across the league, I don't think anyone would have an issue with it being 5 and a game.

No, White falls down from a shoulder to shoulder hit. Granted he was "vulnerable" after admiring his pass, but I've seen a lot worse in this league, and to shuffle in a fighting major when both players were engaged in a fight is a joke for the official working this game.
