I am a big fan of Rust because he isn't afraid to try things. Being a young, bottom six guy and creativity usually don't coexist very well. It takes guts to have the confidence to try to toe drag Ryan McDonagh or to put your head and shoulder down and drive the puck into the paint.

Also, kudos to Sullivan for letting the mistakes happen to the young guys and continue to spill them over the boards.

Hagelin might have the same hockey IQ as TK, but Hagelin's skill set (read: his speed) is much more helpful to the team

Hagelin understands spacing out there. He doesn't get the whole timing thing, but the fact he gets spacing makes him twice as smart as TK
