finally got my Budweiser Red Light running last night, not that I've missed much this season. hoping to see it light up for the first time this season but not holding my breath....

Does it light up when you think about drinking Budweiser in warning?

Rig it to light up for every offensive zone turnover so you can really get your money's worth.

Yeah, I mean, maybe...definitely maybe. I just can't imagine that Bob Murray looks at his group and goes, "yeah, we're having a problem defensively, and we need to get slower..."

He's old school, he'll make a change to just shake up a team...but I just can't imagine they're looking for slower defensive players, I have to imagine, he's looking at faster offensive players...

I wonder if Pittsburgh doesn't look at Silfverberg or one of the RD that they have and just embrace the fact that we're not the fastest team any more...

They just signed him to an extension that cost them an extra pick to do it, IIRC...I don't think he's on the table...

I don't get the impression from my convos recently (just passing tidbits, mind you...I've distanced myself from trade stuff, to focus on scouting stuff)...but I don't get the impression 81 or 58 are on that safe list. I think the list is probably centered on 87 and 71. I think after that, it's various shades of gray...

Ya know, ideally, you think 8 isn't available or 59 isn't available...but I don't think anything that's not nailed down couldn't be pried away...why would you? I don't know. But I think we have two safe words right now...everything else is just begging for more pain...
