Why the NHL thinks this it’s a good idea to advertise a 12 pm start time but not drop the puck until 12:25 is beyond me. Anybody who may have casual interest and sees it on the guide while flipping channels at noon isn’t going to stick around for 25 minutes.

Especially when the Contest episode of Seinfeld is on.

I needed to do some yard work and have to leave for a 45 min drive to soccer at 1:45. So, I was like- OK, finish what I gotta do by noon, watch 1st period, shower during intermission, and watch 2nd till we have to leave. Should have showered before.

If you need to record than your best bet is a Hulu subscription throughout the playoffs.
