Staal, Nash, and Zuccarello all out tonight for the Ranger-Sens game.
I'm sure thats just a coincidence.

They won the presidents trophy already why risk injury

I could see them resting them the last game of the season. I cant see them resting those players for the remainder of the regular season.

Can't blame the rangers for resting their players when they have nothing to play for. They have the top spot already locked up. No reason to risk injury.

I'm legitimately excited about these last two games. It's the first meaningful regular season game since 2009 or so. I don't count playoff seeding and President's Trophy up for grabs games, obviously. But it's a true test to see if this team has the mettle to win out and get into the playoffs. Very telling these next few games.

I never felt comfortable with them leading like that. I'd rather see them be up by 1 or tied going into the third and finally learning to jam down on the gas pedal.

It's OK, they will lose tonight in regulation after blowing another lead in the third but all they will need to do is get two points against Buffalo to finish ahead of Boston with 98 points. Easy, right?
