They have won the same amount of playoff series in that time...

Sullivan (1-4)
Keefe is a loss away from also being (1-4)

Not that that's a very compelling point overall. The process is more important than the binary W-L result.

What if it's Sullivan's contract being converted to the GM role under KD, and then them bringing in Keefe or someone else (David Quinn, Craig Berube, other retread) to be the new HC.

Anything is possible, right? But...that seems pretty unlikely.

I think Berube is gonna end up in Ottawa. I don't think Quinn is going to get an NHL HC job this go-around, I think he'll need some time as an assistant or a head job at a lower level (not that I don't get your premise, with or without those names)...

I think we'll dump the assistants (maybe not Ty Hennes) and try to catch a big fish in that regard. Name him as an "Associate Coach".
