OFFICIAL GDT Game 46: Pens vs Devils

I’ve done that hundreds of times. Thousands. Never got called I thought that was the weakest call ever. I watched the replay once and granted I believe that Jarry totally stood there to take that space away but doesn't the Devils player have a responsibility to look where he's going? I could be wro...

5AF NASCAR thread (all levels including ARCA, ASA, etc)

Racing this year has been good, just wish they would get rid of the stages. Hate it. Noticed from the last restart that they now allow lane choice in each row now, instead of just leader choice. Double file is nice and all but I'm still partial to the old way. Lead up cars up top and lap down cars ...

Bowman steals one from Hamlin at Richmond yesterday. Hamlin led half the race, but squandered yet another Richmond race where he had dominated.

Want to see (possibly) last games of Jagr's career?

I half wondered if Jagr was shooting to play as long as Gordie Howe played. But Howe still has several years on Jagr.

Flip the wingers. Also, what a no-pass line that is. Whoever enters the zone with it is taking the shot. Maybe Carter has a chance of leaving it for someone and going to the net, but man, you gotta make sure that group is out there with Letang - or, if he was having a better season, Marino... Well....

I like to think we hold Lange to a pedestal much the way my dad did Bob Prince calling Pirates games. I have no memory of Prince calls, only his Gunner-isms that were passed down. Pirates for me was Lanny Frattare. But through it all, we've been blessed to have 45 years of Lange. That's more longevi...

Getzoff seems to have the same excitement level with the initial shoots and scores call no matter the team.

Had a breakthrough with family ancestry this week and found my 6x great grandpa was in the 2nd NH regiment and fought under Lafayette in Yorktown amongst all the other fights. That regiment was badass and I can't believe I have a relative that fought in all of these battles. I drank a lot of chocol...

He's probably come down with a case of hysterical vapors...they're gonna slap him in the face and tell him to "get a hold of himself", then they'll throw a glass of water in his face...after that, it's back to the drawing board...

2021 Trade Deadline Discussion

Anyone else mildly amused the Caps traded Vrana in that Mantha deal? Vrana seemed to be a one-man Penguin wrecking crew the last couple seasons.
