AA changed our return trip from Kansas to late afternoon, which IMO is always a risk in late summer with their storms. Called them and had them rebook us on an earlier flight. Initial flight was on an A319, which is like the red headed stepchild in Airbus, and the new flight is on an E175. Normally,...

I setup a Kasa cam pointed at my yard, and got the fox strolling through this morning. We were all downstairs in the kitchen, so I got a good look at it from the patio door.

Oof, the bottom of the bowl looks underextruded. Does your slicer have flow calibration? If so, you might want to go through that calibration to tweak your settings. I’d also recommend Teaching Tech’s calibration guides. If you have adaptive layer height in your slicer, it might be worth using it on...

If you have photos of your failed prints, post them and I’ll see if I can help at all. It’s all a learning curve, but a fun one.

Looks good so far. Have you printed anything that requires supports yet? That’s where things can get tricky. I can give you some of my settings to try when you get to it. I really like using PETG for the support interface on my PLA prints because it doesn’t stick to it, and vice versa. My support se...

That’s wild. Every season is the same for us, most teams nearby and one out where they filmed Children of the Corn.
3-0 loss today, which probably cost us the title since this team was tied for first with us. Just a wet, cold, miserable day.

I think I recall you mentioning that in the past. And yeah, plenty of street parking, including the 40’+ of space on the other side of the driveway. I just don’t get clowns who are like this.

It happens every season, where inevitably there is one team that’s an hour away from us. Every other team is within 15 minutes.

Soccer game this morning an hour away. It’s been raining all night, so the fields are soaked, and will be raining all day. Game is apparently still on. I’m good with playing in the rain, but with a muddy field after a night of rain? Hard pass. I still don’t understand why a team this far away is in ...

I watched the game, and really, Boston simply did not deserve to win that. Toronto worked them most of the game. Anyway, **** Boston.

My only complaint with our concrete patio is that we didn’t make it bigger. We had it done about 6 years ago and it’s been awesome I actually used a landscaping app to design mine because I wanted to make sure that I wasn't going too small or too big. I think it helped, and I'm glad that I designed...

Started printing the parts for that 1957 Corvette, and had a wild few days with multiple issues with my printer and AMS. Resolved one of them, but my .4mm nozzle is busted, so I had to order a new one while I wait for support (Bambu is slow). In the meantime, I swapped in my .2mm nozzle just to play...

Stamped concrete
If you decide to have yours colored, make sure that they mix the dye in the actual pour and are not just throwing it on top. In case it chips or cracks (when, really), it’ll be much less noticeable.
