Got the message earlier that my daughter made the team, so she'll be thrilled when I tell her later this afternoon.
What dramatic way do you plan to use to tell her?
****, I hadn't thought of anything, and I pick her up from the bus stop in about 45 minutes.

The Bronx, not NYC. If this were the Central Park Zoo or something, I'd have driven to Trenton and taken Amtrak directly into the city. At any rate, whatever.

Have you ever driven north across the Fort Pitt Bridge
Yes, and that is nothing - nothing - compared to NYC traffic. It's not even remotely close.

Source of the post And f**k Tombrady for telling them to lay off Kraft handie jokes in the middle of a f**king set.
I have only seen this one clip, and yeah, made him look like a little dodint. I wish Chappelle had given that joke, because he'd have doubled down on it real quick.

I asked a buddy of mine who owns a produce delivery company in NYC, and he laughed at me and told me that it's like that non-stop now. Construction that never ends. It doesn't help that getting onto the GWB while leaving the Bronx, trucks have to use the upper deck, which is the left two lanes, and ...

We took our annual Bronx Zoo trip today, and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect. All of the animals were out and about, just a good time. That said, what in the ever loving **** is going on with the GWB and I95 just north of Newark? We spent 45-60 minutes more in the car each way because of...

She was very proud of how she performed and the compliments the other coaches were giving her. She was a little worried about having somebody get past her twice, but I told her that they also wanted to see how you recover, and both times she chased the player down and either got the ball back or kep...

Tryouts for the fall soccer league were tonight, and my daughter has about the best tryout you could have - easily the best defender out there. Her best friend also had a really good tryout, and I expect both to make the team. Should know later this week.

AA changed our return trip from Kansas to late afternoon, which IMO is always a risk in late summer with their storms. Called them and had them rebook us on an earlier flight. Initial flight was on an A319, which is like the red headed stepchild in Airbus, and the new flight is on an E175. Normally,...

Oof, the bottom of the bowl looks underextruded. Does your slicer have flow calibration? If so, you might want to go through that calibration to tweak your settings. I’d also recommend Teaching Tech’s calibration guides. If you have adaptive layer height in your slicer, it might be worth using it on...

Looks good so far. Have you printed anything that requires supports yet? That’s where things can get tricky. I can give you some of my settings to try when you get to it. I really like using PETG for the support interface on my PLA prints because it doesn’t stick to it, and vice versa. My support se...
