I have that etended edition dvd and I agree with everything you said. It was interesting to see more of the characters but not needed. The regular movie is great.

We just got a new fridge as well. We replaced our samsung with the ice and water in the door with a GE that has the water inside. The samsung ice/water would freeze up every two weeks or so. It drove me crazy.

“In the thick of it” is a pretty lame excuse. Everyone is busy. It doesn’t matter how old your kids are, it’s just a different kind of busy. If you want to see someone, you find a way to do it. If they can’t be bothered to plan better then that’s on them.

Turned out perfect and ahead of schedule

I let it rest in the cooler for about an hour and a half. Cooked it at 275 the whole time. I used an aluminum pan with some water and apple juice. I poured that mixture over it before I wrapped it.

My pork butt has been in the smoker since around 7:30. It’s humming along pretty good. Target serve time is 5:30. We got some corn on the cob, coleslaw and potatoes to go with it. Hoping for the best.

Youth sports specialization is the worst. Kids should be able to play multiple sports, but instead get pushed into picking one early on. Then they get burned out by the time they’re done with high school.
