Semi common term in coaching is "POP". Pass off pads. I had an award for most POP (modified to Points Off Pads) one year. Malkin holds onto this puck for a day and a half and then ladles it into the sloppy bottom area of Silovs. Hayes has the angle and reach to put it away. That will work on some goalies in the league.

I don't have the stats on this, but it feels like the Pens have often played well the night before Thanksgiving. I have many memories the last 15 years throwing back a few and watching them win.

Tipped. Tough sequence. We're fine. First whistle in over 7 minutes I believe.

No break in this period with 5 to go...

Finally got to feed Dupuis...1 whistle in over 11 minutes (and it wasn't even a whistle because in North America you generally don't blow for a goal)...

One break 2nd period. That'll shave down our total game time. Good stuff, especially on a team that had a tough game vs Boston last night.

Keep it on the gas in the 3rd...

I romanticize myself as a player as Patric Hornqvist. But really I was probably more like Lizotte. Smaller, less tough, always getting in the face haha

I've really enjoyed the Lizotte and Glass additions to the bottom 6.
