Feels like there's been a collective decision this year to not call holding.

I could be misremembering, but I think I saw a stat (at least, as far as OSU is considered), that OSU hasn't drawn a holding call since the Marshall game. In September.

At least it seems like everyone has agreed to just not call it (so there's "consistency"), but it definitely can be frustrating
