Hopefully it clears out quickly... A few years ago we had a Christmas Day stomach bug that decimated the entire family, it was ugly

Just went out to Sheetz and it's like double rush hour here with the last minute shoppers.

I had it Feb ‘23. It was 4 hours of hell but was fine after that

It’s interesting to me how the body knows vomit is coming before my brain does; specifically with the lead-up sweat that occurs

The stomach bug ran through the Beveridge household for over 2 weeks and got every one of us.

Given how I felt when I woke up, re-testing wasn't going to tell me anything I didn't already know lol

There is something so comforting about watching old Christmas movies like Christmas vacation and Christmas story on VHS on an old tube tv sitting in a bean bag chair.

Get better, gents. I'm convinced that the stress of this time of year makes just about everyone more susceptible to getting sick. Plus the weather, shopping, parties/bars, etc.

Having said that, I'm on my way out to do some shopping. Yes, I'm a masochist. And an idiot. Couple stops, then home to clean and wrap presents. The joy of the holidays.

Somehow the last two presents I was waiting on arrived today from fedex and USPS. It’s a Christmas miracle.

To truly hock a loogie, one must retrieve the phlegm not from the throat, but from the soul.

Yep... Living out here in the borderlands, the lines have been getting more and more blurred over the last decade. Closest Sheetz to me is east of Lancaster, but there are also a handful in NE Maryland, right near the DE border.

This is the latest I’ve voluntarily stayed up in quite some time. And I don’t particularly care for it.
