Tastes vary, of course, but in my book, the most stylish president in my lifetime was Reagan. A Hollywood actor is going to know how to dress, and while Reagan's style was admittedly "old school," he wore impeccably tailored suits, French-cuff shirts, and his trademark white pocket square. He also worked with color and liked brown and tan suits as well as navy and gray. My second place would be Obama.
I have no idea why Trump wears his ties so damn long. He's not short, so there's no reason for them to be that long.
