It has been clarified by the FIA (because of engine component allocation and penalties), that Kvyat gets TR1 and Gasly takes TR2. Kvyat does not go back to TR2, and Sainz is Renault 2.

The rule for this league was: "You are selecting by driver name; however, if there is a Kvyat-type team move your pick stays with the original seat."

Shyster does the scoring so if he wants to interpret it differently that's up to him.

So if I understand the game of musical chairs correctly, and couple that with the focus on seats and not individual drivers:

Anyone who picked Sainz at the outset now receives the points earned by Kvyat.
Anyone who picked Kvyat at the outset now receives the points earned by Gasly.
If anyone had picked Palmer at the outset (and no one did), that player would now receive the points earned by Sainz.
