Maybe a half hour or something. It would be really fast if you took down all the teams as a whole though. I didnt even check what the google doc looked like i just loaded from the draft thread. You can do it basically as fast as you can type each of the names, its really simple.

Does that sound like we should do that? If I hit reset, I can't reload teams for 90 minutes it seems.

Are you able to go in and drop those players and then re-add them? Or no because you can't drop players from a future (tomorrow) roster?

You're definitely not going to be able to get those players onto the teams for today without doing something. Can this be another reason for us to change the effective date of transactions and waiver adds to the current day?

The trade acceptance time is set to zero though. But, it must mean trades take effect the next day.

I suppose I could do add/drop for each player. Unfortunately, it's one at a time.

EDIT: I'm sorry, no, I can drop the entire roster at one time, then add each player back. Maybe I'll do that and see what happens. If that doesn't work, I'll reset the draft and re-enter them before I leave the office today.

That would likely be faster. I cant see a way to do that on the commissioner tooks on mobile.

Oy, this sucks. When I go to the drop roster function, their rosters are correct. Looking at their teams, roster correct for tomorrow. But, they have several games tonight (with incorrect rosters). I think I just need to reset the draft and re-load the rosters later.

Any votes against that?

I dont see any reason for someone to vote against that its just going to eat up time for you so thats gonna suck.

I just tried doing a manual drop/add for @beerman's team and it still does not take affect until tomorrow/ and @Cbear's team - the same. i haven't added his roster back it shows empty for tomorrow (but has beerman's for today). I'm going to do a reset and reload the teams later today.

So, finish up the draft and we should be good before game times tonight.

What if you change the effective date of waivers to same day. There has to be somewhere in the settings to do that, and we should have same day stuff going forward anyway.

It's the "Allow Roster Changes" setting. It needs to be set to "Daily-Today" not "Daily-Tomorrow"

Well, we don't have a choice now -- Season starts tomorrow!

I was able to reset the draft, and it held all the current draft results. So, I simply re-drafted the 2 teams. However, none of the results will show until tomorrow.

I'm sorry to those who have players going tonight. I tried my hardest and clearly wasted more than an hour of my work day! Luckily my bosses have been tied up in meetings all day!

It won't let me change that setting.

And, it won't let me choose a start date other than Week 2 - Oct. 19!

EDIT: I sent a support request to Yahoo to see if they can activate the league for today for us. Keep you all posted.

Yeah, there is no option to change it.

Perhaps it is so the system can process what amounts to thousands, maybe millions of requests everyday?

If you go in it shows that it can only be changed predraft. If we are stuck waiting until 10/19 to start and the teams retain their players, maybe you can reset the draft again and make that change.

It let me change the "Daily-Today" setting, but still will not let me begin the season today. I tried it twice and we are now out of draft resets. I'm waiting to hear back from Yahoo support.
