Obviously Moxley's health is more important than wrestling, but I wonder what they're going to do with the tournament now.
There's no way they do OC-Danielson right? I mean no offense to OC but that isn't really a ppv match I want to see.

Yeah not sure what they will do with the tournament now.
I picked up Mox's book yesterday. I'm only about 35 pages into it, but it's a good read so far. It's basically like reading someones journal ramblings that were published. I don't mind that style though, and he's a good storyteller.

In any event I hope Mox is able to get himself right. Alcoholism is no joke and it's good to see the support he is getting from AEW and his family. Having Renee in his life is probably the best thing that ever happened to him.

I am really over this whole America's Top Team-Inner Circle fued.
Jericho can be really hit or miss and last night was a huge miss for me. It just felt like he was trying way too hard. It was a mix of the same stuff we've heard the last several weeks and watered down rehashes of prior jokes.
I just can't get excited about a bunch of non-wrestlers and this whole thing is obviously just a setup for Jericho to land the Judas Effect on Lambert at the PPV for the win.
There are many good matches in the wing for Full Gear. This very much is not one of them.

Miro entered in place of Mox and wrecked OC. Miro is a great replacement.Yeah not sure what they will do with the tournament now.

Miro was the perfect replacement because that is more or less what Mox would've done.
I'm wondering who will actually win the tournament. I think Mox was probably going to go over originally, turn heel, and be Hangman's first big challenger.
Will they still have Miro go over Danielson? Im not sure, which I actually kinda like. Makes it more intriguing.

I'm really hoping it's not a swerve and Hangman actually wins. Would love to see him kick out of the OWA to then hit the buckshot.

Oh yeah. Just like it was time for the Bucks to finally lose at All Out, it is time for Kenny to finally lose to Hangman at Full Gear.I'm really hoping it's not a swerve and Hangman actually wins. Would love to see him kick out of the OWA to then hit the buckshot.

WWE releasing tons of talent tonight. After they reported good earnings....pretty shitty.

Wait Harry Smith was signed with WWE again?
Most surprising is Keith Lee. He’ll be All Elite soon enough. I think Ember Moon shows up in AEW as well.
Nia Jax is long overdue.

How do you mess up Keith Lee?????

Also they made $255 million in revenue in the third quarter of 2021. I’d be upset but I haven’t watched WWE in months.

This is getting beyond ridiculous. At least there is an alternative now, even if it's not always perfect, it's better than this crap.
I really don't understand the whole "ok, this person is super over, let's bring them to the main roster and then immediately change everything about them that is over" then throw them away when it doesn't work.
The Keith Lee thing is just... smh.
I didn't see any of Karion Kross, but my understanding is that he was booked as a monster in NXT and had a big entrance with Scarlett... so they bring him to Raw WITHOUT Scarlett, and immediately job him to Jeff Hardy in 2 minutes.
AEW can't take everyone, they have a lot of people who aren't even on TV now... but certainly you have to give Keith Lee a call. Not many (any?) wrestlers like him out there.

Yeah definitely Keith Lee. Their womens division could use some boosting so I could see Ember, Scarlett, and maybe even Franky getting a call.

Well here’s a twist.
Nia Jax is apparently one of them.

so was it financial reasons or the vax, or a bit of both?

Supposedly up to 5 of the people released were not vaccinated. The talent was only told financial reasons however, so who knows. It could be that they targeted the unvaccinated though to eliminate future issues with travel and such.so was it financial reasons or the vax, or a bit of both?

Full Gear is shaping up to be pretty good.
Kenny Omega vs. Hangman Page
FTR vs. Lucha Bros
Bryan Danielson vs. Miro
Darby Allin vs. MJF
CM Punk vs Eddie Kingston
Britt Baker vs. Tay Conti
Inner Circle vs. American Top Team Minneapolis Street Fight (not really looking forward to this, but hopefully it's at least entertaining)
Unconfirmed:
Jurassic Express + Christian Cage vs Superkliq (challenge issued by JE on Rampage last night)
The rumors are saying JE vs Bucks and Christian vs Adam Cole... I'm actually hoping for that because I'd rather see Cole in solo matches. A bit too much goofy **** when he's with the Bucks.
There's no way they can touch that ending segment of All Out, that was one of the all-time great PPV endings... but I think this card might actually be stronger overall.
Unfortunately not sure if I'm going to be able to watch or not at this point.
Also coming out of Rampage last night, we're getting Pac vs Dax Harwood on Dynamite. That should be pretty damn good.
