When games are exclusively on ESPN in the coming years how will you cord cutters be able to watch? Is there an ESPN streaming service?

YoutubeTV is basically cable without a box. I get local stations and like 85 cable channels. Then I add on HBO through YTTV. I think Netflix might be the only true stand-alone streaming service I pay for.

The only thing I don't get is ATT SportsNet or whatever it is the Pens play on, but that's an ATT problem, not a YTTV problem.

I get my run of the mill productivity stuff from there. Usually below your price point.

Gotcha. I'm running a 2014 ASUS and figured I would use my Biden bucks to upgrade.

Mostly just need something for writing.

Just decided to order the Samsung 55 inch Q80T. Was going to wait and see how this year's model reviewed, but it's too much of a price jump.

First new tv since '12.

Got the 100” projector running. It’s a soft install in that the kids still play hockey in the basement and there’s no way I’m leaving a $700 projector up while they play. So I just prop it up while we use it and stash it away after

Have yet to watch a movie down there, but the kids enjoy playing Mario kart on the big screen

My Disney+ app on a Hisense Android 4k TV constantly received a "Sorry something bad has occurred". And then I have to hit OK 2x to resume my program.

Any help with this generic message?

It'll be here Friday, but I'm excited for it. Will report back after some testing.

I have an X900F and my father has an X850G. Both of us love our sets. I actually prefer the GUI on my older set as opposed to the newer Android used in Sony, but it's not at all a dealbreaker.

Last time I used a smart TV it was an LG. I'm not the biggest fan of them in general I've absolutely been needing a new set. Glad to hear you have enjoyed your Sony. The Sony I currently have has treated me well since 2008 and wanted to be able to stay with Sony since I have a blu ray and surround sound system that I bought at the time.

IMO, Sony's smart TV OS is better than everyone else's - especially if you're a cord cutter and utilize the various streaming apps, which means you'll be using Sony's Home screen often.

Sony 900E here and I agree about the OS. I also like the tcl roku tv interface, simple and effective

Yeah I cut the cord a long time ago. Just use my old PC to stream everything to my TV. Other than my NHL steaming website, the new Sony should handle everything. As an Android user I figured the OS would be easy to learn.

I've been stringing along free trials since January. Speaking of which, @NTP66 please post if you've found another one. My guess is with the move to the new name, the long free trials won't be working for existing free trial members.

There's a good chance my parents do because they won't stop telling me how good yellowstone is, I'll be taking advantage of that for some of these nick shows.

The free trials may possibly be over, but they have a code for 50% off right now. Check this page, which is updated regularly: https://www.doctorofcredit.com/free-mon ... ous-users/

Check the comments, too. Sometimes you'll find tips in there if a code doesn't work, etc.
