Civilian-level reflexes. That’s always been an issue with this guy. You toss him a beer from the fridge and it hits him in the head before he realizes it’s in the air to begin with.
There are clinical tests that could probably prove it, but this being his last season as an NHL starter is also strong data.

And. That initial shot is going wide low stick. That actually makes it an easier save to make because you don’t have that side of your body committed to a particular movement. When a deflection doesn’t cross your center line, those are often more difficult.
