COVID-19
Id like to go back about 50%. I could use a daily routine but its also an unnecessary hassle to go in every day. We don't know where we're heading yet but im anticipating 1-2 "mandatory" days per week and do what you want the rest.
Mandatory in quotes... probably more likely we schedule our team meetings and stuff on those days and if you cant make it in person every time, no biggie. And also probably more like come in a few hours for meetings and roll.
Id probably head in Tuesday-Thursday pretty much regularly if that's the case. Sprinkle in the odd Monday or Friday depending.

Ditto.I work in IS. Zero reason to return to the office unless you're a micromanaging NTP66.
Though I'm sure eventually we will go back to two days wfh and three in office which is how it was pre covid-19.
Can't let the new building next to google go to waste. Too much $$$$ invested.

I told my boss I would do two days a week. Anything more and I retire. But that has more to do with me detrimentally relying on a promise they haven't come through with than anything COVID related.

I've been seriously considering leaving if they tell us that we have to return to the office. I want no part of that.I told my boss I would do two days a week. Anything more and I retire. My company has given everyone the option to choose to work from home to everyone who is still able to accomplish their job while doing so. We could also choose to split time WFH and in office, but my whole department has pretty much decided to wfh full time

They live in SC. He then got my mother an appointment a day or two later in March (she wasn’t eligible at the same time because she isn’t 70 until March). My 79 year old father got his vaccination appointment... On April 2nd.
What state does he live in? Did they explain the delay?
He has a call into his doctor, so maybe he can get that expedited a bit. My mother in law, also in SC, hasn’t been able to get an appointment.

well chairmain meow if you weren't so lazy and didn't take those days off during the holidays, that goal would be attainable.
