One of my favorite things about going to the OBX is our first stop at Harris Teeter. We used to go to the one right across the bridge, but now the one down in Nags Head is much more convenient. Also right across the street from the ABC Store.Harris-Teeter is great. One thing I miss about living on the coast is HT and Lowes Food.

There are Lowe's Foods in Charleston, Columbia, and Dirty Myrtle. Great store - even has it's own coffee shop and roastery, and I think their own beer on tap.

No way. I’m gonna think of a good definition of a bowl. Gimme a few minutes.

Looks like a rectangular vase?

Yup.
When I was a teenager my little brother bought me a cylindrical vase so I could drink a whole two liter at once.

It’s definitely a poor (intentional or otherwise) photo. I first saw the toilet tank then after staring at it, saw a “square” bowl.Looks like a toilet tank to me.

I think retailers would sub-divide those as 'square bowls', because actual bowls do not need to have their shape set forth in the product description.

That’s where I was going. Can’t be taller than wide. Opening has to be larger than the base

Ohh. It’s an odd angle. It actually is shorter than the mouth is wide. That’s a bowl.

Yeah that's where I saw it.
This was sparked from a meme I saw that said something like soup in a square bowl feels wrong. That got me thinking if bowls had to be round. Cause you could eat soup out of that vessel. Is it a cup?

I think the bigger issue is the photo. It looks like a toilet bowl tank. Not a short square bowl. Yes, bowls can be non round.
