I like putting corned beef, potatoes (Boil em, mash em, stick em in a stew) and cheese with my scrambled eggs and then tossing in a burrito with some fixings

Crème fraîche Is like sour cream only less sour. You can make it by adding a little buttermilk to heavy cream and letting it sit out till it firms up. Sometimes I add some vanilla. They sell it at Wegmans and Market District (Giant Eagle Fake Wegmans).

I use it to stuff crepes then put a raspberry or other fruit sauce on top.

I have been in the frozen foods aisle of Ralph's with Tommy Lee, which is very near the dairy section where creme fraiche is carried.
