I saw Nintendo just announced that they are releasing the 35th Mario Anniversary pack on the switch, which will include Mario 64, Mario Sunshine, and Mario Galaxy. However it will be a limited release that will go from Sept 18th until the end of March 2021.

https://www.polygon.com/2020/9/3/212137 ... lease-date

My question is, is this in a physical copy, or just all digital?

Sucks if it is limited for a physical version because you know scalpers will hoard them and sell for twice the value on ebay.

""Jerry Was a Racecar Driver" / Primus"

Okay, we're good. I'm sure the rest of the list is fine.

That's an awesome collection of games and at the end if the video they showed the physical version and said pre-order will be on the eshop today, so I'm thinking both.

Pre-order is up. Both digital and physical.

Not real happy about paying$60 for games that should be on the online service, but here we are

Super Mario 3D All-Stars will be available as a limited-run retail edition and a digital edition that is available for a limited time until the end of March 2021.

But... why?

Drive sales by creating false limitations on availability. **** Disney Vault style nonsense.

Yep. There's no limited supply - they could offer those digitally forever. It's trying to get people to buy games they wouldn't normally buy. But let's be serious - any Mario/Nintendo fan is going to buy that stuff regardless.

Pretty dumb and it's not like Nintendo games are going to go on sale . I'd imagine if people are going to buy it, it's going to be heavily weighted towards the release

I ordered it. They got me.

PS, I should have watched until the end of the video to answer my question.

if you're a fan of the old Tony Hawk games, I highly recommend THPS 1+2

I've been playing for about an hour and a half and it's super fun. Very nice graphics, cool features

online features aren't fully there yet which is slightly annoying but at least they'll be able to patch them in

Yeah, I've been playing a lot. So much fun. They did an awesome job with it. Like how the school is closed because of covid now. And there is a free play for every level. The skate park creator is terrific too.

I really hate Nintendo's business practices. I remember during Wii's virtual console days you had to buy credits instead of buying the game straight up. They structured the credits so you almost always had about 100-200 credits left over, which couldn't buy anything, so it tempted you to buy more credits, and that left you with credits left over after buying something else.

I'm already 20% through THPS1. I need to slow down or I'm gonna blow through the entire game in a weekend.

I have so many games in my Steam library that I could probably play 24/7 for the next five years and not get through them all.

My daughter tried getting into her Minecraft world on Xbox, but it would freeze and kick her out each time. Rebooted the Xbox and now the world doesn’t even show up on the list. I signed out of Xbox and back in, thinking it would sync... nope. Still missing. Anyone have this issue before? If hate for her to lose all of the work she’s put into it. I’m already sick of the entire Xbox experience and lack of MSFS that I’m ready to dump this entirely.
