Is anyone watching Umbrella Academy distracted by Ellen Page’s tremendous forehead...and mediocre acting?

I thought that it was pretty typical acting by here.

I was distracted by the muscle guy character. Naive and not smart.

Yeah, it's bad when the Rumor girl (Allison), Five and Klaus are the characters I care about the most.

Allison's season 2 hairstyle made me think it was another actress playing her.

So uh.... WTF is going on with Netflix and that Cuties show? I get that the original foreign series doesn't have that tone, but bizarre for Netflix to create a new, highly sexualized poster like that. Creepy.

‘Tosh.0’ to End After 12 Seasons at Comedy Central
“Tosh.0” will end its run on Comedy Central after its upcoming twelfth season.

The cancellations comes despite the fact that Comedy Central picked the show up for four mores seasons back in January. Series host Daniel Tosh signed an overall deal with the network at that time, but it is unclear if he will remain under that deal now that the show is ending.

Season 12 of “Tosh.0” is set to debut on Sept. 15 at 10 p.m. ET and will consist of 10 episodes. According to an individual with knowledge of the situation, ViacomCBS is working with Tosh and his team to shop the series to other outlets.
I hope it gets picked up somewhere else, because I love the show.

Weird timing given the four season extension earlier this year and the obvious benefit of it being a low cost program to produce.

I watched all six season of Bosch again and here's how I rate them: B, C, A, A, A, A.

ViacomCBS just wants to roll South Park reruns the 23 hours a day that The Daily Show isn't airing, apparently.

Intrigued by the C for S2, which I generally consider to be better than S1. Explain yourself.

I watched it twice now and both times thought it was a bit of a drag and also a bit of a mess. I felt there's simply too much going on, although not in the multiple storylines kind of way that makes the show great from season 3 on. Maybe it's just that I didn't find the Russian mob angle particularly interesting... although the undercover dude was good.

They’ve apologized and are trying to backtrack now.

Um, nobody brought that up in any of the marketing meetings?

Don’t forget the endless Office reruns too.

Started watching the last Airbender series with the kids last night. I don't think I've ever seen a second of this show and it's pretty awesome so far. Cool to see Dave Filoni's name pop up in the credits.

The Morning Show is very ... okay. It's a decent drama that devolves to melodrama at times, but I was invested in the story by the end. It never really earned that $300 million price tag.

Billy Crudup is awesome, though.

Yeah, Morning Show was just OK. I liked Steve Carell playing out of character though.

Just getting into Succession. Took a few episodes, but I'm in. I can't think of a show with a bigger group of loathsome main characters. 😂

Tim Allen, Richard Karn Reunite for Building Competition Series ‘Assembly Required’ at History
There’s a “Home Improvement” reunion on the cards at History.

The network has issued a 10-episode order for an unscripted series called “Assembly Required” (working title) which will star Tim Allen and be hosted by Richard Karn.

“Assembly Required” is described as a competition series which is sounding the call for those with a can-do attitude to take back their sense of purpose and awaken their inner builder.

Its aim is to spotlight the best and brightest builders from across the country, at their home workshops, as they compete to breathe new life into everyday household items in desperate need of fixing. In each episode, Allen and Karn will also dive into the unique history around these items to celebrate the men and women who crafted them.

The show is slated to launch on History sometime in 2021.
This sounds similar to Amy Poehler and Nick Offerman's show, "Making It".

Except Amy Poehler and Nick Offerman are far more likable. I do think going to home workshops is a cool idea, though.

Amy Poehler is the opposite of likable. I always thought that was the joke.
