Man, True Lies is still great. Family loved it, too.

I bet the family did. I know when I was a kid, I really enjoyed one particular scene.

My 14 year old, strangely enough, asked us to skip ahead. He wasn't comfortable with that. I sure as hell enjoyed it though.

I hadn't heard all of the stories about Eliza Dushku being assaulted by a stunt coordinator, and she broke ribs during the Harrier scene. She feels that her injury was on purpose to bring her closer to her abuser. Yikes.

Haha man I can feel his cringe. I used to HATE when sex scenes came on when watching a movie with my parents.

There is not a sum of money in the world that would've gotten me to agree to skipping ahead through that scene regardless of who was in the room with me.

The final episode of Reunited Apart was Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Mrs Tif and I were curious how they'd deal with the Jeffery Jones situation (spoiler alert: they just ignore it), but we weren't expecting the quality ending. A 5-minute tribute to John Hughes.

Oh yeah, now when it's about to happen we say get ready for some boobies or something dumb like that just to make it a little worse for them

Oh, we didn't skip it. Even my wife enjoyed it. :pop:

Happy 104th Birthday to Olivia de Havilland. This was taken last year around her 103rd:

The Outpost is out today. Based on Jake Tapper’s book on COP Keating, an Army outpost set in the valley of Taliban controlled mountains. The book was excellent, as was Clint Romesha’s book about the battle that came out a few years later. It’s getting good reviews, and actually stars Daniel Rodriquez as himself. Rodriquez would actually play football at Clemson and the NFL for a couple of years.

No. They removed two of the three f-words. They left the sh-ts, damns, and god damns. And all the sexually suggestive stuff.

There was a TV series about MOH winners a little while ago, Romesha was featured in an episode. Amazing stuff.

I missed this earlier, Outstanding.

When people come out here for the first time, I always tell them to look into the cars they pass; that pink Tesla X might be Jaden Smith going home after a Jamba Juice run. Now I'm going to have to tell people to be mindful of who's on the roof rack to catch their rando celeb sighting. haha

Lee Marvin was a certifiable crazy man. Not as crazy as Lawrence Tierney, mind you, but dude was tough as nails.
