Went to pick up food at a local restaurant, curbside pickup. Of course some **** moron backs up into my wife’s CR-V. No damage to my car, but theirs has a nice dent in the bumper. **** moron.

I’m sure I’ve ***** about this before, but “convenience fees” for event tickets. I just bought tickets to Whose Live Anyway, and both $49 tickets come with $13 in convenience fees. ****, you should be paying ME that fee since I’m saving you money.
This show was sneakily postponed until September, with no notifications actually going out. Neither my wife nor I are really comfortable with going to a packed venue, so I started to look into getting a refund. Login to the AXS app and I see that I have 10 days to request a refund or I'm stuck with the tickets. Again, zero notification from them on this, so I assume they just want people to miss out. **** NTP66s.

Requested my refund. Hopefully we'll be able to catch this show when things are a bit more normal, because I was really looking forward to it.

People sending e-mails as overdue Outlook calendar events so they pop a desktop notification upon delivery.

stores that are offering curbside pickup but then when you get to the store, no one is answering the phone. that was my Home Depot experience this morning. :face:

Lowes isn't much better. I ordered a chest freezer back on March 30th that was supposed to arrive on 5/15. I was sent an email notice with a 12 hour window and the number to the local store. Sure enough the 12 hour window passes and multiple calls to the local store go unanswered. I called customer service, and after being on hold for 30 minutes, was told that the item is still out of stock and won't be available until July 2nd. I still haven't received an email from them confirming the new delivery date, and don't want to wait on hold again for another 30 minutes.

Exactly.

They’ve been shooting off fireworks all weekend around here. Don’t care, except that they’ve been doing it damn near 10pm while my kid is trying to sleep.

I hate mushrooms. Pizza place put mushrooms on my pepperoni pizza last night.

Not just mushrooms, apparently every mushroom they could locate. A metric **** ton of mushrooms, under the rest of the toppings.

Agreed, but I love mushrooms pretty much everywhere else. Sauteed portobello mushrooms on a sirloin steak? Hellz yeah.

On Saturday, I got a pizza with braised short rib, Kennett Square mushrooms, caramelized onions, and sharp cheddar. That was a damn good pizza

I like mushrooms of any type and in in any form and regularly put them on pizza. But not as often as onions. I love onions. When I'm cooking, unless it's a dessert, it's probably got some onion in it.

I can get behind that. Red onion is the superior onion.
