Went to raccoon creek sp on Friday. Very nice day for a hike. Bad news in that the ticks were out, so be careful Edward

Took the dog for a walk on Friday and found a tick. It's too soon for that.

My wife and I went 8 or so years ago in the summer. The trails were overgrown with thorns. Not fun.

I was on the north shore of the lake. I could see jagger bushes being a problem in the summer.

:(

Agreed. The only time we can really take our dog out for a forest hike in the summer is right after she gets trimmed.

Spent close to another 4 hours in the woods today, man does that do wonders to break up a day in the house with kids home from school

Jackson falls- rock furnace Apollo. Absolutely beautiful there. Only fell in once and ruined my phone. Worth it for these views on such a gorgeous day.

Beechwood Farms trail was packed yesterday. In passing Hartwood Acres on the way there, one would think a Kenny Chesney concert was going on.

I get the whole quarantine/stay at home stuff, but we hardly were in contact with anybody despite the full parking lot. If they do shut things down, I plan to bike/run during my breaks from work at home. Have to get outside and observe that nature just doesn't give two shits about this virus.

It's got a lot of hiking and mountain bike trails, basically a 20 mile loop around the lake. Boat rental is nice, there is a beach for kids too. Have a friend that camps out there for a week every year and they enjoy it.

We went to Bilger's Rocks by clearfield yesterday and it was incredible. Haven't been there in over 10 years, so it brought back some good memories. Imgur isn't uploading my pictures, so I'm trying to figure out how to get them posted...
