There are two logos in this thread where if you searched the proper dumpsters, you would find a jersey with old meow on the back

if I remember the AMA thread correctly, you were SPHL and ECHL.

Gonna go with the Solar Bears and the Everblades.

Side question: did you ever keep any of your old jerseys or were they recycled through the team?

I wonder what people in St. Georges de Beauce call this team. The "Cool FMs"? The "One-oh-three-pointcomma-fivers"?
Did they make that logo using the Create A Team option in NHL 2009?

50% correct

Keeping jerseys is actually kind of tough. Minor league teams love getting a return on the jersey investment by having auctions, so chucking a jersey post game into the wash hamper usually ends the relationship.

yeah, I thought about that after I posted. I was gonna pull back that question but didn't know if there was a team option to buy out a certain jersey for specific reasons (i.e. milestones or maybe even final game played with the team.)

I may have told this story on here before. Maybe it was on twitter or another board, but I was in Cincy in 2017 for the end of season auction and the prices that were attached to some of those jerseys were ridiculous. I remember back in Johnstown where jerseys would hit 500-600 and you'd hear audible gasps from everybody. They had a jersey from some enforcer that hit something like $2300. And it wasn't even like it was a former NHL prospect who made his way down to the Coast to wind out his career, it just a random dude who was a fan favorite. It wasn't even a holiday jersey or a season-long jersey that had the enforcer wear and tear with stitches and repairs. It was nothing more than a jersey that was worn for Fan Appreciation Night (99% sure there was a tag, patch, or marking designating it) that was apparently in high demand.

I know most of the fans don't go in on these thinking about the resale option, but that fan will definitely not see the return on their investment.

Jacksonville Bullets

They were supposed to use this logo for the 96-97 season but ended up folding the season after they were moved out of the Coliseum.

How flaccid and unsatisfying of them to fold like that.

the lack of originality makes this one fun, considering how awful the Rampage franchise was during their lone season in the ECHL.

25 years later, they still hold records for least amount of wins (14), road wins (2), and single game attendance (63).
