one of my friends thinks that it'll be reduced to 10 on appeal. I say if it's reduced at all it'll only be reduced to 15.
Awesomeness would be him appealing and walking out of the meeting with 25 games.

How many games until his next questionable hit, and how many until his next suspension?

The Capitals did their big banner raising ceremony before Wednesday night’s season opener. It was very long! It included both a four-and-a-half minute montage set to Mumford & Sons, and a three-and-a-half minute montage set to Queen, and then an excruciatingly slow two-and-a-half minute raising of the banner. What it did not include was any image or mention or acknowledgment at all of Barry Trotz:

I find it funny that Caps fan don't get the concept of repeat offender. 50% of them, all they are looking at is that one play and crying a river how unfair a guy getting 20 games for that hit, totally ignoring the 3 other suspensions he has had in the past 12 months, that he only went 16 games since his last suspension, that he probably had another 3-5 questionable hits last year that avoided suspension (Dumoulin and Wennberg in the playoffs come to mind).https://hfboards.mandatory.com/threads/ ... s.2551221/

Then the other 50% of them are spouting "head down," even though Sundqvist is in the process of finishing his shot, not looking down at his feet.
The NHLPA shouldn't want this suspension overturned. You don't want to see one of your NHLPA members suspended, but you also don't want to see one of your NHLPA members constantly toeing the line of ending the career of a fellow NHLPA member.

Wow, that’s pretty classless, even for a trash organization like that. And since they have plenty of practice putting up banners, you’d think it wouldn’t take so long. But then, the attendance banners are usually put up in an arena so maybe the banner-raising guy got ‘shy bladder at the trough’ disease while raising it in front of a crowd.

At least there are a couple of them saying he deserved it and telling the others to remove their heads from their rears.I find it funny that Caps fan don't get the concept of repeat offender. 50% of them, all they are looking at is that one play and crying a river how unfair a guy getting 20 games for that hit, totally ignoring the 3 other suspensions he has had in the past 12 months, that he only went 16 games since his last suspension, that he probably had another 3-5 questionable hits last year that avoided suspension (Dumoulin and Wennberg in the playoffs come to mind).https://hfboards.mandatory.com/threads/ ... s.2551221/

I think it's complete BS that they let him suit up for the banner raising ceremony.

Have to disagree there.
