Ding ding ding.15 minutes is the general rule of thumb. More than that and I think you're a burden...
When I had my first interview, I had to drive from Altoona to Rockville, Maryland. This was in the morning, mind you, so I also had to factor in traffic on 270. I ended up getting to the office about 45 minutes early, which was fine by me. I sat in the car and just unwound and went over the key points I wanted to touch on. Then I walked in about 15 minutes early.
As someone that interviews a lot of people (and works with hiring managers that do), it is annoying as F if you show up that early.

I was assigned to a new project with the worst PM that I've ever had to deal with. He held a kickoff meeting and then told everyone to schedule their own meetings with others to figure out the rest.
