Well if it's just DUI - didn't one of the USOs get tagged earlier this year/last year. There's precedent. The unfortunate thing with Hardy is there's a real worry that it's more than just booze.

I mean, .25 is alcohol poisoning/stomach pumping levels, no? I know that he has quite a tolerance for everything by now, but .25 is still insane.

Sting looked truly disappointed there.
Also, vintage Bischoff makes himself a part of a story in another promotion bit.

I vaguely remember a shoot interview with Bischoff saying he went out there to give Sting the info about Jeff and to tell him to hook him and don't let go for the shoot pin.Sting looked truly disappointed there.

As for one of the Usos also getting a DWI, the difference here is Jeff's history and long long list of substance issues. I wouldn't be surprised if his time in WWE is done.

Hardy, who was noticeably inebriated during his 2011 match with Sting at Victory Road, professed that the match was the first time he overdid it with drugs.
"2011, with Sting, I was taking somas and I went out there f--ked up, and, man, I couldn't even wrestle. For the first time in my life, I went too far. I couldn't wrestle my idol, basically, Sting, and he had to do the right thing and shut me down and pin me."
Hardy reflected, "that deal with Sting, man, honestly, was the best thing that ever could have happened to me to straighten my ass up."

Oh, so being arrested and jailed for drug trafficking and having "262 Vicodin prescription pills, 180 Soma prescription pills, 555 milliliters of anabolic steroids, a residual amount of powder cocaine, and drug paraphernalia" doesn't count as going too far with drugs? Good to know, Jeff.

I've done that once, maybe twice. I think...maybe a little under that? Just terrible.9. The owner/commish of CZW said that the show was expected to bring in 25k and that it cost 20k to put on. Out of that 20k, I'm sure he had to pay EMTs to work overtime and acquire the necessary permits. Going completely lowball and best case scenario and saying maybe 1000-1500 for both of those. According to Wikipedia, that card had 9 people on the card plus the commish, so maybe 10 people are getting paid. At best, they are getting 1900 before taxes or roughly around $1200 a wrestler after taxes and that's if it's the EMTs/permits were only a grand and no other expenses were picked up. Obviously with more people involved, that number gets lower and lower and might even vary if you consider the one CZW legend was probably getting paid more than most of the roster that night. If my numbers are off, and I'm gonna say they are, I won't be offended if you adjust them.Well they drove from all over to a field in Delaware to watch so what kind of fansdo you think you are going to attract? haha Agree though.. they are the lowest of the low of professional wrestling fan. Live the stereotype of big dumb stupid and bloodthirsty.
I wonder how much those guys actually pull in a night for getting shards of glass stuck in them and stuff stuffed into their skulls etc.. it just doesn't seem to be worth it.
I'm trying to think of a single reason why putting yourself through that would be worth it. Nah, can't do it.

Anyone know if Woods got legit hurt? I haven't seen anything since. Didn't catch much last night but man it looked like his head bounced right off the corner of the steps when the Harper and Roman powerbombed him. People that were there were tweeting he was being worked on all throughout the interview segment that followed, but not sure if it was part of the story. When they cut back, Big E, Kofi, and the Uso's were all being helped to the back, but Woods was on a stretcher.

TIL the Fabulous Moolah was caught up in the scandalous stuff throughout her career (taking advantage of younger female wrestlers, it seems).

I never cared for Moolah. She always seemed like trailer trash that just got lucky at some point, but was still trash.

Yeah all this over the top Moolah stuff is kind of icky. I wouldn't think much of it if they just stopped at putting her name on the battle royal and a video package, but it seems like they're making all the female talent go out of their way on social media and promos to praise her. Bayley said she grew up watching Moolah. Bayley's like 25

The voice of the WWE Universe has been heard*. They've removed Mulah's name from the battle royal and its just the women's battle royal for now.
