I don't think it's that big of a deal to most people, tbh. That said, I expect Norway to "win" ... which, I think, was to be expected, too. Four years ago they were 2nd behind Russia, so in other words they were first.

OK, I'll swim against the current. She did not throw in in the crowd. She did not throw it on the ground. She did not yell any disparaging comments. She simply politely took off a medal, which - at that time - represented a huge disappointment for her. I don't see it as a sign of disrespect toward the US or humanity. Nothing wrong with that in my book...
