I hope it's a dusting. It's really embarrassing, as a city, how the media acts.

I didn't predict a dusting, I said I'd prefer it so as to have the moral high ground over the jagoffs at KDKA, etc.

I really don't think the 3-6" they guaranteed is happening though.

When we walked to The Yard near PPG Place for dinner it was sleeting. When we came out 90 minutes later it was snowing with about half an inch on the ground. Good thing I had that whisky flight to keep me warm..... 🙂

Just drove my g/f to work at UPMC Shadyside around 6 am. We live in Wilkins. We probably got at least 5-6 inches here if not more. We live near the municipal building so the top half of our road was clear, but the bottom half was not. There was no way her little Chevy Sonic was getting off of our road so I drove her to work. Chruchill road was a mess. Penn ave wasn't bad until you go to where it crosses over into what the city of Pittsburgh covers... then it was crappy. Roads by the hospital were all still pretty bad too. Coming home things were a bit better but still not great.

I went out for a walk dahntahn this morning... Major arteries not bad but the surface streets were nasty. Surprised how many sidewalks are already cleared.

Can't see a blade of grass, or slip of asphalt here in Allison Park. At least three inches out there.

What a difference 24 hours makes. Imagine if it had been below freezing the whole event? (of course if it was below freezing you wouldn't have the precipitation}

My flight got in about 10:30 last night - first landing I ever heard applause for.

Roads out there were total crap.

Probably no issues by 4. Snow is stopping now, 6 hrs will be more than enough.

You will be fine. Just be cognizant of the random icy spots.
