Weak return for Kakko. Just Borgen, a 3, and a 6

Disappointing someone didn't try to sneak Kaapo Kahkonen in that deal somehow

went to my first FPHL game this past Saturday in Athens, GA. Athens Rock Lobsters v Columbus (GA) River Dragons. the Rock Lobsters arena is brand-spankin' new. they had to postpone their first few home games because they couldn't get their Certificate of Occupancy from the fire marshal. I think this might be their 3rd or 4th home game? IMO though, $30+ for FPHL is about twice what it should be, especially if you want to attract the college kids.
worst of all though, the staff needs go back to Spelling 101:

those are the really pricey seats. some kind of club section. $70+ per game.

it was better than I expected (having previously seen SPHL) and hey, who doesn't love a good line brawl or 3?

LOL true dat.
I visited my daughter in upstate NY over the weekend and witnessed back to back games with Binghamton / Danville and also Binghamton / Fraser. I likened it to watching the UHL in years past. Not a lot of talent but they did get into it.

Kinda weird that the holiday roster freeze doesn’t apply to coaches.
Is this mclellan’s 12th team?

Sitting in a restaurant in Mexico City and ESPN 4 is rolling through all the episodes from this series:

So far I've seen outdoor rinks in Patagonia and Robyn Regehr returning to Brazil to help grow the game. Been very interesting and well done.
